The Embodying Yoga TC has been designed for those of you who are seeking to elevate your yoga practise to the next stage.
Through these 8 weeks that we are going to share together, you will be given transformational tools, techniques, meditations and practises to bring about radical shifts in your life. We mostly know yoga as what we do during class: postures, breathing and relaxation- but there is so much more that is open for you to explore + integrate into your life.
We are living in a time where we are now, more than ever, seeking happiness and fulfillment in our lives. We are searching for our purpose. Delving into the teachings of yoga gives us the instructions to understand and stand in our purpose.
Over The 8 Weeks
During these 8 weeks, I will be introducing you to the philosophy behind yoga. Yoga as a 'way of life'; instead of just a physical practise on a mat. We will be exploring how to live in a state of yoga, how the ancient teachings are relevant to me today and how you can lead a more fulfilling, joyful and purposeful life. A way of living which nourishes you. A way of living which aligns you with your unique truth.
One of the meanings of yoga is 'severance with the union of pain' and this is exactly what we are going to be doing.
We will be severing ties with the beliefs and ways of thinking that bring us pain; that bring us sadness and anxiety. We're going to be taking an indepth look at how we've accumulated these harmful ways of thinking and beliefs and start to unravel them.
We will start to free ourselves from what is holding us back from reaching that true potential.A lot of what I'm going to be sharing with you is deep work and I'm not saying it's going to be easy!
Some weeks will hit you quite hard as we will be uncovering a lot of, in some cases, deep trauma. But all of this is to free yourself from the 'union with pain' so that you can re-establish yourself in your true nature: yoga. In otherwords, will be rediscovering yourself as what you were born to be.
Included:
New course curriculum each week (starting Mondays) with guided meditations, journalling practises, research tasks, reflections + suggested further readings. These will be published every Monday + you can work through them at your own pace throughout the week. Suggested 15 minutes per day.
2x 1-1 Zoom sessions with me (which you can book in with me through 'YouCanBook.Me' which you can book in according to your schedule.
2x Group Sanghas (community gatherings) online via Zoom on Friday 31st July @7pm + Friday 28th August @7pm (these will be recorded and sent out if you can’t make them live)

Hi, I’m Grace
I am the founder of Grace + Balance Yoga and I teach Hatha Yoga, Meditation and Therapeutic Yoga. My passion for yoga stems from the desire to see all people live a loving, joyful + fulfilling life. Yoga, to me, is a vehicle for undergoing transformation; to shift out of suffering and into towards happiness and love.
I hold a 200hr YTC, Thai Massage Nuad Bo-Rarn I-V + Business Management BA (Hons).
